Easy Agent, LLC is a Wisconsin limited liability company that operates this website under the Easy Agents brand. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through easyagents.tech, including the public project-intake form.

The AI Auto-Applier page currently provides product information and an inactive checkout scaffold. If a future product collects resumes, application history, payment information, account data, or other product-specific information, an updated notice will describe that processing before collection begins.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

The intake form requires your name, work email address, company name. You may also provide a phone number, company website, a description of your business challenge and desired outcome, and other information you choose to include.

Do not submit confidential information such as passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, or trade secrets through the public form.

Information collected with your submission

When you submit the form, we also receive the page URL, referring page, and UTM campaign information available in your browser. We create a submission identifier and record the time the request is received to support reliable processing and identify repeat delivery attempts.

Basic technical information

Our hosting, infrastructure, and font providers may automatically receive technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser or device information, and security-related request data. Their handling of that information is also subject to their own privacy terms.

3. How we use information

We use website information to:

Easy Agents does not currently add advertising cookies, analytics pixels, or cross-site tracking to this website. The site loads web fonts and is delivered through infrastructure providers, which may process basic technical request information as described above. If we later introduce non-essential cookies or similar tracking, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by applicable law.

7. Retention

We retain inquiry and related operational information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, maintain relevant business records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Easy Agents does not currently publish a fixed retention schedule. The period depends on whether an engagement develops, the nature of the communication, and applicable recordkeeping requirements.

The website intake flow uses technical controls including input validation, request-size limits, spam controls, protected configuration, and timeouts. These controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use the public intake form only for the information it requests.
