1. Parties, agreement, and scope

Easy Agent, LLC is a Wisconsin limited liability company that operates this website under the Easy Agents brand (“Easy Agent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you visit easyagents.tech, submit an inquiry, or use other website features. By using the website, you agree to the website provisions in these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

The Auto Apply purchase and license provisions are identified as legal version AA-LEGAL-2026-08-04-v1.1. They become an agreement with a purchaser only when checkout is active and the purchaser affirmatively checks the required boxes and completes the purchase. Rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive remain unchanged.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract to purchase Auto Apply. If you use the website on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.

2. Website information and inquiries

Website content is general information, not a binding proposal, professional advice, or a promise that a particular result is available. Submitting the intake form requests contact about your inquiry; it does not create a client relationship, confidentiality obligation beyond applicable law, or obligation for either party to proceed.

Do not submit trade secrets, credentials, regulated data, or other highly sensitive information through the public intake form. Information submitted through the website is handled as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Any paid consulting, implementation, support, or other client engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that engagement.

3. Auto Apply purchase status

Auto Apply, described on the website as AI Auto-Applier, is a customer-operated downloadable digital package intended to assist with job-search and job-application workflows. The checkout is not currently active. Displaying a price or disabled purchase control does not create an offer, order, subscription, charge, license, or right to receive the Product.

If purchases are enabled, Auto Apply is intended to be offered for a one-time price of $19.99 USD plus applicable tax. It is not SaaS, a subscription, or an authorization for recurring charges.

Lemon Squeezy is the intended merchant of record for checkout, subject to its eligibility confirmation and completion of the launch controls. Before any purchase, the active checkout must identify the merchant of record and present the payment, tax, delivery, refund, privacy, and buyer terms that actually apply.

The current Privacy Policy describes existing website and intake processing; it is not the contemplated purchase Privacy Notice. Any purchase-specific processing and notice must be finalized and presented before checkout is enabled.

4. Sale, delivery, and refunds

When checkout is active, you agree to the purchase terms by affirmatively checking the required boxes and completing the purchase. Delivery is complete when the applicable merchant of record makes the Product available through the confirmation, receipt, or order-access page. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and safeguarding your order access.

Sales are final after delivery. Easy Agent does not offer voluntary refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, failure to use the Product, or dissatisfaction with a limitation disclosed before purchase. This does not limit a non-waivable legal right or remedy, and the merchant of record may issue a refund, reversal, or chargeback adjustment under its own policies or legal obligations.

For a successful charge that does not produce download access, a duplicate or unauthorized charge, or a claimed non-waivable remedy, use the merchant’s order channel or email legal@easyagents.tech with the order number and relevant details. This contact path is not a promise of general product support.

5. Software license and ownership

The Product is licensed, not sold. The license begins at delivery. Subject to these Terms and payment, Easy Agent grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, store, install where applicable, modify for personal use, and use Auto Apply for your own lawful purposes on devices and accounts the purchaser owns or controls. There is no numerical device limit.

Easy Agent and its licensors retain ownership of the Product, its original content, instructions, documentation, configuration, branding, and intellectual property. You retain ownership of your own information and materials.

The website, its original text, visual design, graphics, and other content are owned by Easy Agent or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable right to access the website for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership.

You may not sell, rent, sublicense, share, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit the Product; make it available to another person or organization except for reasonable personal backup copies; remove ownership notices; misrepresent Easy Agent’s endorsement of a modification; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract protected source code or components except where non-waivable law expressly permits; or use the Product unlawfully or to bypass security, third-party terms, required verification, review, or authorization.

The license terminates if you materially violate the restrictions in this section or the human-control responsibilities in section 6 and fail to cure after notice when a cure is legally required. Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing the Product and delete copies under your control, except copies that law requires you to preserve.

6. Your control and responsibilities

You control the accounts, devices, credentials, candidate information, resumes, application materials, and third-party services used with Auto Apply. You are responsible for keeping information complete, current, truthful, and lawful; reviewing each job, employer, generated statement, resume change, cover letter, application answer, and completed application; correcting errors or unsupported statements; deciding whether to apply; and complying with applicable law and third-party rules.

Before an irreversible application submission, the completed application must be presented to you for final review, and you must expressly authorize submission for that exact employer and position. You may not configure or use the Product to bypass that control.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the website or Product to impersonate another person; submit false, deceptive, discriminatory, infringing, or unlawful information; evade security, access controls, CAPTCHAs, required verification, or human review; gain unauthorized access to or disrupt a third-party service; scrape, crawl, probe, or use automated means against the website except as permitted by its published instructions or our written permission; copy or resell website content; spam employers; introduce malicious code; or violate another person’s rights or a third party’s terms.

8. No employment or performance guarantee

Auto Apply is a user-directed productivity tool. Easy Agent is not your recruiter, employer, employment agency, attorney, fiduciary, or representative before an employer.

Easy Agent does not guarantee job discovery; compatibility with every AI service, device, browser, website, job board, employer, or applicant-tracking system; uninterrupted or error-free operation; accurate or complete AI output; an application, employer response, interview, offer, placement, employment, salary, income, or unattended submission. Third-party services may change, restrict, block, or discontinue workflows at any time.

The proposed one-time purchase includes no included support or promised updates. Any support or update offered separately is governed by the terms presented with that offer.

9. Third-party services and names

Third-party accounts, services, permissions, charges, and rights are not included with Auto Apply and remain governed by their owners. Easy Agent is not responsible for a third party’s availability, decisions, content, or changes.

References to third-party products or trademarks, including ChatGPT and OpenAI, are for identification. No affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement is implied unless expressly stated.

10. Warranty disclaimer and liability limit

Easy Agent may change, suspend, or discontinue website content or features. We do not promise that the website will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and Product are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express, implied, or statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, compatibility, title, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Agent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages; lost wages, income, profits, data, employment opportunities, or business; employer or recruiter decisions; rejected, inaccurate, or unauthorized applications; account restrictions; or third-party changes.

Easy Agent’s total aggregate liability arising from Auto Apply, its purchase, these Terms, or the license will not exceed the purchase price paid for Auto Apply, excluding tax. These exclusions and limits do not apply where law prohibits them.

11. Disputes, arbitration, and governing law

Before filing a claim other than an eligible small-claims matter or a request for urgent injunctive relief, the claimant must email legal@easyagents.tech with the claimant’s name, purchase email, available order number, dispute, and requested relief. The parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute for 30 days.

For a purchaser residing in the United States, an unresolved dispute will be resolved by individual binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small-claims court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this provision. Arbitration may proceed by documents, telephone, video, or an accessible in-person hearing as the rules and arbitrator permit. Fees will be allocated under the Consumer Arbitration Rules, and Easy Agent will pay amounts required to make this provision enforceable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, claims must proceed individually. Neither party may bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, mass, private-attorney-general, or representative action or arbitration. If this class-action waiver is unenforceable for a claim, that claim will proceed in court rather than class arbitration.

You may opt out of the arbitration agreement and class-action waiver by emailing legal@easyagents.tech within 30 days after purchase. State “I opt out of the Auto Apply arbitration agreement and class-action waiver” and include your full name, purchase email, and order number.

Except for the Federal Arbitration Act and non-waivable consumer law, Wisconsin law governs. A United States court dispute not subject to arbitration or eligible small claims will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in St. Croix County, Wisconsin, or the federal court having jurisdiction over that county. Consumers retain any forum or remedy required by non-waivable local law.

12. General terms and contact

The accepted version of these Terms, including the Software License in section 5, the checkout disclosures, and the applicable merchant-of-record buyer terms form the agreement concerning a purchase. If a general provision conflicts with a specific Software License provision in section 5, section 5 controls for the license. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited only as necessary and the remainder will continue. A later revision applies prospectively unless you expressly agree otherwise or law requires it.

Easy Agent may update the website provisions as the website or its practices change. The revised version and “Last updated” date will be posted here. Product-purchase revisions apply prospectively and do not replace the version previously accepted for a completed purchase unless you expressly agree or law requires otherwise.
